Ready Reloading Canada – 30-Day Return Policy

At Ready Reloading Canada, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Most of our products are brand new and covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, unless otherwise noted in the product description. If you are not satisfied with your order and the item has not been used or installed, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
Some exclusions and conditions apply as outlined below.

How to Initiate a Return

If you have a customer account:

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Go to Completed Orders and select Return Item(s).

  3. Complete the return form to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

If you checked out as a guest:

Please email our support team at [insert customer service email] with the following information:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • (Optional) Order date and shipping address for verification

Once you receive your RMA#, clearly mark it on the outside of your return package and send the item back within 30 days of receipt.

Return Guidelines

  • Returns without an RMA# will not be accepted and may be returned to the sender at their expense.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  • We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method for your return. Ready Reloading Canada is not responsible for lost or damaged packages during return transit.

  • Please allow 2–3 business days after we receive your return for inspection and processing.

Ineligible Returns

The following items cannot be returned due to safety, legal, or hygiene reasons:

  • Ammunition, powder, and primers – These items are final sale. Please contact the manufacturer directly for warranty or defect claims.

  • Firearms – All firearm sales are final. Defective firearms must be addressed with the original manufacturer.

  • Ear protection and clothing – Items with broken seals, removed tags, or signs of wear are not eligible for return.

  • Used, installed, or altered items – Returns must be in original packaging and include all accessories. Used or incomplete returns will be sent back at the customer’s expense.

  • Damaged items (not defective) – Cosmetic or shipping damage must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

Defective vs. Non-Defective Products

Defective items are those that are unsafe, unfit for normal use, or fail under proper installation and conditions.
Non-defective items may have cosmetic or compatibility differences that are not covered under this policy.

Examples of defective products:

  • A press handle snaps during normal use

  • A die body is machined incorrectly and cannot fit standard equipment

Examples of non-defective products:

  • Color shade differences between manufacturers

  • Tight or loose fit between components from different brands

  • Screw stripped during installation or disassembly

Due to variations in firearm parts and accessories across manufacturers, fitment and color matching cannot be guaranteed.

Additional Considerations

  • Improper installation damage is not covered. We recommend having a qualified gunsmith or reloading specialist perform installations when necessary.

  • Items outside the 30-day window may still qualify under manufacturer warranties. Please contact the manufacturer directly.

  • Inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival. Report any missing or damaged items within 3 days of receipt.

  • All returns are subject to inspection and final approval by Ready Reloading Canada.
